We understand how important it is for your Oodie™ order to arrive in time for the holidays, and we’re here to help if something’s gone wrong.
First, check your tracking
You’ll find tracking details in your shipping confirmation email. If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Check with household members or neighbours
- Look around your property (couriers may leave parcels in safe spots)
- Contact the courier directly for more info
If your order is delayed
During peak periods, courier networks may experience delays. If your order is still in transit and within the estimated delivery window, we recommend allowing a few extra days.
