Once your Oodie™ order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. This allows you to follow your delivery every step of the way.

What to expect:

• Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after dispatch.
• During peak periods like Christmas, courier scans may be delayed - this doesn’t always mean your parcel isn’t moving.
• If your tracking hasn’t updated in several days, feel free to contact the courier directly or reach out to our team.

• In your account order history (if you created an account at checkout or used the app)

If you haven't received your tracking details within a reasonable time after placing your order, please reach out to us here with your order number and email address so we can assist.
