Once your Oodie™ order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. This allows you to follow your delivery every step of the way.
What to expect:
- Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after dispatch.
- During peak periods like Christmas, courier scans may be delayed - this doesn’t always mean your parcel isn’t moving.
- If your tracking hasn’t updated in several days, feel free to contact the courier directly or reach out to our team.

If you haven't received your tracking details within a reasonable time after placing your order, please reach out to us here with your order number and email address so we can assist.
