Our fulfilment partners will be taking a short break over the holiday period. During this time, no orders will be packed or dispatched.

Here are the closure dates:

• December 25 (Christmas Day): Closed
• December 26 (Boxing Day): Closed
• January 1 (New Year’s Day): Closed

Please note:

• Our fulfilment partners operate Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays.
• Orders placed during this time will be processed once the warehouse reopens.
• Our usual 3-business-day processing time will resume after the break. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, please note that during peak periods, such as the holiday season, processing times may be slightly longer than usual.
• Courier services may also experience delays during this period.
